We are unable to offer shipping to P.O boxes.

CTJ Home and Leisure are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment courier directly to claim for parcel late delivery or loss.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of goods, detailing the nature of the damage and providing supporting photos where possible.
Please ensure you save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
When a claim is validated we will provide a returns label, however, If we are unable to provide the customer with a suitable return label then the customer will be advised which courier to use and reimbursed their postage at the rate agreed in the validated claim upon receipt of return.

We accept returns for goods ordered in error, this return is at the customers cost and the customer should obtain and keep a ‘proof of postage’.Customer must ensure items are suitably packaged for return. CTJ Home and Leisure accept no responsibility for goods lost or delayed in transit.

Customer can request an exchange of goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods ordered in error and re-order the correct item.
All goods must be in the original packaging as supplied and UNOPENED. It is the customer's responsibility to check all product sizes and variations prior to ordering.
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after the order has been delivered. Customers must return the goods within 14 days of return notification (we suggest you keep a proof of postage for your return).
Goods will only be refunded if received back to us in the condition they were dispatched Goods ordered in error but received by us damaged will not be refunded and either returned to customers at their expense or disposed of at customers cost.
