Full Description

The ERA 3* High Security Euro Profile cylinder has been designed with a patented cam that ensures the cylinder is always locked. The cam will not rotate until the key is inserted, preventing any attack on the cam. The euro double cylinder body is fitted with a sacrificial snap section. Even after attack, the cylinder will still remain operable from the inside with the correct key. Designed with multiple security features including anti-pick, anti-drill, anti-bump and a sacrificial snap section. The cylinder is certified in accordance with British Kitemark TS007:2014+A2:2018 3 Star accreditation (TS007 3*), Sold Secure Diamond and successfully independently tested to BS EN 1303:2015.

For ease, the orientation is clearly marked on the cylinder, internal (INT) and external (EXT) to prevent incorrect installation (including an easy peel sticker to denote external side of cylinder). Each cylinder is supplied with 3 ergonomic silver nickel keys and has 100,000+ differs. To suit most door handles, the cylinder is available in Dual Colour, in a variety of different sizes.

User information/ Statement:
This cylinder offers resistance to the commonly used types of attack. No specific security hardware is required but installing this three-star cylinder in conjunction with security hardware complying with TS007 will increase attack resistance still further. Security hardware can be of several types, including a handle with a reinforced backplate, an escutcheon or a device which is concealed behind the handle backplate. In all cases, the purpose is to protect your cylinder from force attack.
